SPENCER KINDALL, RB/DB

In 2007, Kindall carried the ball 77 times for 537 yards and four touchdowns.

The 6-foot-1, 185-pound senior will be a two-year starter for the Hawks.

"Spencer Kindall is kind of that all-around kid," Skyview coach David Young said. "He's got a ton of energy No. 1, but he was the fastest guy on our track team, he was our starting tailback last year as a junior and he just wants to. He wants to carry the ball. He wants to carry the load. He wants to be in front. He wants to be a leader, and not selfishly."

TANNER STIMPSON, OL/DL

Stimpson is the only returning starter on the Hawks' offensive line.

The 6-foot, 215-pound senior is a three-year letterman and two-year starter for the Hawks.

In 2007, Stimpson contributed 25 tackles at right guard.

"Tanner is a tough kid," Young said. "... He's strong. He squats over 550 pounds and bench presses close to 300 pounds. He's just a strong kid and a good offensive and defensive lineman. He should have a good year."

CHRISTIAN GINES, WR/S

Gines is the Hawks' leading returning tackler after finishing with 62 as a defensive back in 2007.

The 6-foot-1, 170-pound senior is a three-year letterman and two-year starter for the Hawks.

"He's the leader of our defense," Young said. "... He'll bring a big hit and stick you once in a while."
