1. DUSTIN KAMPER, NAMPA CHRISTIAN: The 6-foot, 210-pound running back is one of eight returning starters for the Trojans. The senior will carry the load this season with the graduation of All-Idaho first-teamer Eli Kamplain. Said Marsing coach Jake Walgamott of Kamper: "That kid is a big old brute."

2. RANCE PORTENIER, PARMA: The 6-foot, 180-pound senior was a first-team all-conference selection, completing 63-of-162 passes for 912 yards and 12 touchdowns. He also added two rushing touchdowns.

3. MIKE MOORE, MARSING: The 5-foot-10, 170-pound senior will start at running back and linebacker this season. "He's a hard-running back," Walgamott said. "He's just probably going to be the guy that gets the main share of the carries for us." Moore was an honorable mention selection at running back in the 2A WIC last season.
