ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

7:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23, Jewett Auditorium, The College of Idaho, 2112 E. Cleveland Blvd., Caldwell. $12-$16 general, $8-$12 students. 459-3405, www.caldwellfinearts.org.

Uilleann pipes, whistles, bodhran and fiddle mix it up with electric bass, guitar and rockin' drums as the Celtic band An Dochas fuses traditional Irish music with high-energy rock to set the Haran Irish Dancers toes a-twirlin'. The high-energy show of music and dance covers the gamut from moving ballads to rowdy comical numbers. The result is a high-stepping explosive dance show that will touch your heart and inspire your Irish soul. The Haran dancers hail from Kettle Falls, Wash., and have performed all over the world. With An Dochas they have sold out shows throughout the United States.
