Catch the cool hometown vibe with jazz crooner Curtis Stigers at the Egyptian Theatre next week. The former top 10 pop star and Boisean makes a point of performing here each year, as many of his performances are in Europe. This summer he’s been globe-hopping, but is now back in the States for concerts with the Utah and Dallas symphonies. You can hear him with his full band and guest artists, including John “Scrapper” Sneider on trumpet.
8 p.m. July 27, Egyptian Theatre, 700 W. Main St., Boise. $35 and $45. egyptiantheatre.net.
