Whether its EDM star Tiesto or radio darlings The Lumineers, Garden City's Revolution Center has earned a reputation for occasionally snagging acts that headline larger venues.
The latest catch? Hip-hop star J. Cole.
Cole will perform Wednesday, March 4. Tickets go on sale at noon Saturday, Feb. 14, at Ticketfly for $30 (first 100 sold), $35 (advance) and $40 (door, if available). VIP tickets — limited to 100 — will be available for $65.
Cole released his debut album, "Cole World: The Sideline Story," in 2011. It debuted at No. 1. His next two albums, "Born Sinner" and "2014 Forest Hills Drive," also reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200. His hits showcase a gift for razor-sharp rapping ("Who Dat") and rough-edged soul ("Apparently"). Cole has averaged nearly 5,000 fans per venue on his latest tour, according to Revolution Center owner Creston Thornton. The RevCenter holds 2,200 concertgoers.
Never miss a local story.
Opening the show will be Dreamville Records acts Bas, Cozz and Omen.
