Puppeteer, actor and coffee entrepreneur Jodi Eichelberger and will lead a “Live-Work-Create-Ride” bicycle tour of Garden City artist’s studios and live-work spaces in the Surel Mitchell Live-Work-Create District, centered around Chinden Boulevard and 33rd Street.
The tour starts at Zion Warne Glass Blowing Studio, 3242 Chinden Blvd. at 2 p.m. Sept. 26. Arrive at 1:30 p.m. for a complimentary cup of coffee or tea from Eichelberger’s ST(r)EAM Coffee & Tea Bike before the tour.
You’ll visit the work spaces of Warne, furniture designer Derek Hurd of Studio 1212, tap dancer Andrew Nemr, a Surel’s Place artist-in-residence, illustration artist Julia Green, the Visual Arts Collective and other creative spots.
