Main St., with an exhibit by BOSCO artists: multimedia artist Pam McKnight; fabric artist Lisa Flowers Ross; and painters Rachel Teannalach, work pictured, and Betsie Richardson. You can pick up your Open Studios Weekend Passport at both events.
• Grab a cuppa and watch the third annual Latte Art Competition at Cafe d’Arte as local baristas square off in a free pour-latte art battle from 6 to 9 p.m. Free to watch.
• See a performance by the artists of LED, a new collaborative arts organization that blends dance, music, visual art, film and digital technology, at 6 p.m. at the Record Exchange, 1105 W. Idaho St., Boise. This is a preview of its Morrison Center production on Oct. 10.
