College of Western Idaho officials suspended Cynthia Clinkingbeard from her position as a adjunct instructor of health sciences for “erratic behavior” two days before she went into a Boise-area Staples store and threatened three employees with a 9-mm handgun, Ada County prosecutors said Monday.
