JOB CHANGES

Home Federal Bank Senior Vice President Sean Watt has announced the hiring of Kelly Pokorny as customer service manager for the bank's Garden City branch inside the Wal-Mart Supercenter at Glenwood and State streets.

After serving with the U.S. Air Force, Pokorny began a career in 2004 in retail and customer service management. She most recently served as customer service supervisor for San Diego National Bank in Vista, Calif.

Pokorny is responsible for leading a team of customer-service and sales associates to meet the financial needs of their clients and improve the profitability of their branch.

Pokorny holds associate of arts degrees in liberal studies and arts and humanities from Palomar College in San Marcos, Calif. She attended California State University San Marcos with a major in business management. She served as a student tutor and treasurer of the Veterans Association at California State University.

The stockholders of CSHQA have elected Dana Hennis, PE, SE, as an associate stockholder. Hennis joined the company in 2005 as a project engineer. He has been involved with several of CSHQA's projects, including the new K-12 school in Garden Valley, Blue Cross of Idaho's Building No. 4 addition in Meridian, and a variety of retail projects.

Hennis has more than 15 years of experience in his field.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in architectural engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

He is licensed in several states and is a member of the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying, Model Law Engineer. He is also a member of Structural Engineers Association of Idaho.

Eide Bailly LLP, a regional certified public accounting and business advisory firm, has announced that Jeff Ehlers has joined its Boise office.

Ehlers is a recent graduate of Brigham Young University, where he earned his Master of Accountancy degree.

He has experience providing services to a variety of industries. Services include audit, financial statements and interpretations of financial information.

Ehlers is working towards his CPA license. He joins Eide Bailly LLP as an audit associate.

RECOGNITION

Chuck Miller, president and CEO of Chuck Miller Construction Inc., recently became one of the select group of professional builders, remodelers and other industry professionals nationwide who have earned the Certified Green Professional designation, identifying him as someone with knowledge of the best strategies for incorporating green building principles into homes.

GOOD DEEDS

URS Corp.'s Washington Division made a $5,000 contribution to the Boise Public Schools Education Foundation, a nonprofit corporation that distributes money to programs to benefit the education of Boise School District students.

This donation will be used to perpetuate an existing program, Advancement Via Individual Determination, intended to prepare students who are performing in the academic middle for college by teaching them study skills.
