Best of Treasure Valley

You may be wondering how the Best of Treasure Valley was decided.

Readers submitted their choices in up to 64 categories we set forth on a ballot that ran from May 9 through June 4 in the Idaho Statesman and online at IdahoStatesman.com.

Readers didn’t have to fill out all 64 categories for their ballots to be eligible. This year we received a record number of votes — over 85,000. The top vote-getters in each category were awarded the “Best of Treasure Valley” title. The top finalists in each category were awarded honorable mentions.
