Two Boise men taken into custody Monday during a shooting investigation now face additional charges of aggravated assault stemming from an incident over the weekend.
Officers identified Orket L. Burnett, 43, and Javis L. Jackson, 41, as suspects during the investigation of a report by residents in the area of Overland Road and Cleveland Street that a gun had been pointed at them during a dispute with acquaintances on Saturday.
The victims told officers the gun was pointed at a man, a woman and a small child who live in the home.
Burnett and Jackson were taken into custody Monday as Boise police investigated a report of shots fired between vehicles in the Overland and Federal Way area.
