Email Rocky Barker
Rocky Barker is the Idaho Statesman's environment reporter, who has covered the West, public lands, water, wildlife and nuclear issues for 22 years. He is the author of "Scorched Earth: How the Fires in Yellowstone Changed America" and "Saving All the Parts, Reconciling Economics and the Endangered Species Act." The National Wildlife Federation awarded him with its National Conservation Achievement Award in 1999.
