Boise Deputy Police Chief Jim Kerns, right, and FBI Special Agent John Morton, conclude a briefing Monday evening where it was announced they had found the body of a boy in a canal between Boise and Kuna. Police believe the boy is the same age and size of Robert Manwill. Kerns said officials do not have a positive ID, and may have to wait until the Ada County Corner examines the body.
