Boise's Collapse Productions’ film “Bloody Boxes” was accepted into CineFringe, the film festival component of Scotland’s Edinburgh Festival Fringe. The Festival Fringe is the largest performing arts festival in the world, according to Guinness World Records.

Written and directed by Collapse founder Kelly Broich, the film will be shown as part of the “Total Cult” screening on Aug. 3.

The three-minute film was shot in Payette on hill overlooking the Trail Family Orchard. It features Treasure Valley actors Kara Baker, Anne McDonald, Sherilyn Orr, Katie Preston, Annie Berical and Morgan Barnhart.

Broich is a satirical writer and filmmaker whose counter-culture films have been screened at the San Francisco Underground Short Film Festival and other venues.
