Idaho's first location of fast-casual restaurant chain Corner Bakery Cafe will open in October at The Village at Meridian, on the northeast corner of Eagle Road and Fairview Avenue.

The franchisee Feast Northwest Cafe LLC plans to open at least four more Corner Bakery Cafes in Idaho and Eastern Washington, with plans including stores in Twin Falls and Coeur d'Alene, according to a press release from real-estate firm Cushman & Wakefield.

Feast also operates 170 Jack in the Box restaurants in the Pacific Northwest and Southern California under the name Feast Foods, the release said.

"Our growth strategy will be similar to that of our approach to Jack in the Box," said Ben Eramya, a principal of Feast Foods. "The goal is to strategically build as many Corner Bakery Cafes as needed to meet the demand of our guests in the markets we serve. ... Feast Foods is proud to have the opportunity to bring the Corner Bakery Cafe brand to Idaho."
