Disc golf comes to Brundage.

Game is getting popular at ski areas

Brundage Mountain announced this week it has completed its first nine holes of disc golf and “The Easy Street 9″ is ready to play. The course is located in the base area, mostly surrounding the Easy Street Triple Chair.

The course is 3015 feet long and plays to a par of 30. The Easy Street 9 is a mix of grassy open holes and a few tighter holes through the trees and brush. The first tee is located right next to the top of the Easy Street lift and the 9th hole finishes just below the bottom end of the upper parking lot.

The disc golf course is free of charge if you bring your own discs. Discs are available for rent at the Brundage Bike Shop, which is open Friday through Sunday from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

A three-disc starter set costs $25 to purchase. You can rent the set for just $10 per day with a $15 deposit required, which is refunded when the discs are returned.

A course map is available here.
