UDINE, Italy - Sophomore Yaiza Rodriguez Ortego had eight points, two rebounds and three assists in 27 minutes, but Spain fell short of a fourth straight FIBA Europe U20 championship after a 47-42 overtime loss to France. Rodriguez Ortego averaged 4.1 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.3 steals in the nine-game event.

SOFTBALL: First baseman Devon Bridges, the Broncos' all-time home run leader with 43, was granted a medical hardship by the NCAA and a fifth year of eligibility for 2015.
