Labrador to appear Sunday on 'Meet the Press'

July 5, 2014

Idaho GOP Rep. Raul Labrador, left, is joined by Kentucky GOP Sen. Rand Paul, a leading tea party figure and possible presidential candidate. They appeared June 13 at a Boise news conference. Minutes before, Labrador announced his bid for U.S. House majority leader, a race he lost to Rep. Kevin McCarthy of California.

U.S. Rep. Raul Labrador, R-Eagle, will appear Sunday morning on NBC's political discussion show "Meet the Press."

Labrador will appeal along with Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair.

The program airs at 8 a.m. on KTVB-Channel 7 in Boise.
