A total of 128 calls came in to the Ada County dispatch center between 9 p.m. Friday and midnight, with callers complaining about illegal fireworks.

Nearly half of the calls, 67, came from Boise residents, said Andrea Dearden, spokeswoman for the Ada County Sheriff's Office. Another 36 were for areas covered by the sheriff's office, including Eagle, Kuna, Star and unincorporated areas.

Twenty-two calls were for incidents in Meridian and three came from Garden City.
