Letter: Boise VA

June 26, 2014

I have been going to the Boise VA Medical Center for many years, but I have never experienced anything like the stories I have seen on the news about other VA facilities such as the one in Phoenix. If I need to go in for care other than my annual wellness exam, I am seen in a reasonable amount of time. All the staff are very professional and are always very helpful, and the pharmacy staff, likewise, do an outstanding job. I do not know how many people are seen each year, but the center is consistently busy. Despite that, we always have a walk-in option where the staff do their best to squeeze you in between scheduled appointments.
