Boise Brewing

The grand opening of Boise Brewing (formerly Bogus Brewing) has been a long time coming — with more than a year of organizing and planning this community owned brewery, and the past few weeks' legal battle over the company’s original name, says owner Collin Rudeen.

“You have no idea how great it feels,” Rudeen says. “We’ve had really great business so far and I’m happy to finally see smiling faces holding pints of Boise Brew.”

Celebrate with Rudeen and the Boise Brewing community from 5 to 10 p.m. June 21 on the street outside 521 W. Broad St. You’ll find food trucks, foosball, air hockey and cornhole tourneys, live music from Limbosa, Northern Giants, Boss Hawg & The Short Bus and others — and of course Boise Brewing’s craft beer.

Finish off the night with a DJ dance party, indoors until 11 p.m.
