Single Touch Interactive Inc. leased 1,726 square feet of office space at 3071 Franklin Road, Suite 203, in Meridian. Single Touch Systems is a technology-based mobile-solutions provider serving businesses, advertisers and brands through a multichannel messaging gateway. DJ Thompson, Dave Winder, and Jeffrey Hall of Cushman & Wakefield|Commerce handled the transaction.

Andrea Axtell, M.D. leased 1,212 square feet of office space in Savannah Plaza at 5995 W. State St. in Boise. Andrea Axtell MD is a physician specializing in internal medicine. PSI Services LLC leased 1,156 square feet of office space in Westgate Plaza at 1755 N. Westgate Drive in Boise. Greg Gaddis and Karena Gilbert of Thornton Oliver Keller represented the landlord. Karen Warner of Tenant Realty Advisors represented the tenant.

Raymond Handling Concepts Corp. provides high-density storage, order-picking systems and associated services to companies engaged in warehousing and distribution as well as material handling of all kinds. American Builders & Contractors Supply Co. Inc. leased 12,500 square feet of industrial space at 925 N. Franklin Blvd. in Nampa. Devin Ogden and Rick Scruton of Colliers International represented the landlord. Chris Pearson of Thornton Oliver Keller represented the tenant.\

70 Cinemas LLC purchased a 2.45-acre lot with a 7,341-square-foot building at 650 W. 8th St. in Mountain Home. LeAnn Hume and DJ Thompson of Cushman & Wakefield|Commerce represented the buyer. Dave Boehecker of Mark Bottles Real Estate represented the seller.

Other

23 Management LLC, a healthy snacks/drinking vending business, was sold to an undisclosed buyer. Brent Bungard of Arthur Berry & Co. handled the transaction.

Superior Blasting Inc., a Boise blasting and drilling company, was purchased by Jim Michel. Ron Winkler of Arthur Berry & Co. brokered the transaction.

Sage International School of Boise leased all the vacant space in the ParkCenter Mall buildings in Boise for expansion. Sage will use part of the property where a vacant bank building has stood for a playground at 415 E. ParkCenter Blvd. John Stevens of Thornton Oliver Keller represented the tenant. Brook Blakeslee of Colliers International represented the landlord.

Miguel and Amy Ojeda purchased 423 18th Ave. S. in Nampa. Bryant Jones, Lincoln Hagood and Mike Peña of Colliers International handled the transaction.

Stanley Steemer International Inc. leased 6,230 square feet at 490 E. Schiller Lane in Meridian. Devin Ogden and Rick Scruton of Colliers International represented the tenant. Ron Ramza of Lee & Associates represented the landlord.

An out-of-state investor has purchased the assets of Steel Stamps 2 Inc., a manufacturer of steel stamps used in jewelry manufacturing and leather tooling. The investor has moved his family and is establishing a home locally. Dave Norris of Arthur Berry & Co. handled the transaction.

Greg and Robin Belzeski purchased the 2,142-square-foot commercial building at 718 N. Cole Road in Boise. Brent Bungard and Arthur Berry of Arthur Berry & Co. handled the transaction.

Matt and Karen Kelly have leased a 12,500-square-foot building at 702 Main St. in Caldwell. Gary Bates of Michener Investments handled the transaction.

Pocatello SW LLC purchased the 32,500-square-foot building at 760 Yellowstone in Pocatello. Brook Blakeslee, Mike Christensen and Lew Goldman of Colliers International represented the seller. Chad Moore of Mountain West Commercial represented the buyer.

BFC Development LLC dba Boise Fry Co. leased 4,716 square feet at 622 W. Idaho St. in Boise. Brook Blakeslee, Mike Christensen and Lew Goldman of Colliers International represented the tenant. Brianna Miller of Thornton Oliver Keller represented the landlord.
