Samari Winn, the California man charged with aiding a May 9 double murder in Boise, was arraigned in 4th District Court Thursday but has yet to enter a plea.
Winn, 34, is scheduled to enter a plea June 26 to two counts of aiding and abetting first-degree murder and one charge of aiding and abetting attempted murder.
Prosecutors say Winn led the murderer to his victims at a home off North Orchard Street near Hillcrest Elementary School late Thursday night, May 8. Elliott Bailey, 28, and Travontae Calloway, 27, died of gunshot wounds. Calloways girlfriend was shot in th arm and survived.
Boise police are searching for the shooter. A suspect has not been publicly identified.
