Crime Stoppers tip leads to pair accused of using stolen credit cards

June 6, 2014

Heidi Harker, 26, and Matthew Fincke Robertson, 24, both from Boise, were arrested last month and charged with theft by possession of lost or stolen property and fraudulent use of a credit card.

Police were contacted March 27 by a Boise woman who went to use her credit cards and noticed they were not in her purse. She contacted her bank and found several unauthorized charges. Detectives later retrieved photos from store cameras that showed a man and woman who who investigators believed used the cards March 26 and 27 to make fraudulent charges.

The photos were made public in April and someone notified Crime Stoppers and identified Harker and Fincke Robertson.
