JOE JASZEWSKI

1. CATCH UP ON SHAKESPEARE
What? You missed opening weekend? No sweat. Idaho Shakespeare Festival's next play is "As You Like It," which gets rolling this weekend.

---

2. GET FURR-IENDLY
Got a leash? Got a pet? Enjoy total chaos? You'd better head for Ann Morrison Park on Saturday.

---

3. SEE UNCOMMON MUSIC
Ever heard of Common Kings? This is no Boise band, not with lead singer JR King (Hawaii/Samoa), guitarist Taumata Grey (Samoa), bassist Ivan Kirimaua (Fiji/Kiribati), and drummer Jerome Taito (Tonga). The group's pop sound has lots of influences with an unmistakable feel-good island vibe. Check 'em out for $15 Saturday night at the Reef.

---

4. PIG OUT, GREEK STYLE
Eating is good. The 33rd annual Greek Food Festival happens today and Saturday.

---

5. CRUISE TO A THEATER
Say what you will about Tom Cruise, but ... OK, just say what you will.
