Idaho National Laboratory director's pitch for nuclear power

INL Laboratory Director John Grossenbacher argues that nuclear power should have a place in the nation's energy portfolio going forward. During a visit with the Idaho Statesman Editorial Board Tuesday, he said nuclear's carbon-free, renewable nature and 24-7 baseload capacity are undervalued and deserve more national commitment from energy policy makers.
