Raudel Gonzalez

Nampa Police officers are still searching for Raudel Gonzalez, 45, who is wanted on a charge of aggravated battery in connection with a shooting that occurred in the home of Gonzalez and a woman who lived with him on the 400 block of Cedar Park Lane.

At about 4:30 p.m. Friday, witnesses told police they had seen a 1989 Nissan Sentra that police believed Gonzalez was driving. Officers found the car abandoned near the corner of Iowa Avenue and Midway Road, just north and east of Lake Lowell.

Gonzalez is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighing 205 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. The 37-year-old woman who lived with him was taken to a local hospital late Thursday afternoon with unspecified injuries. No information on her condition was available.

Anyone with information on where Gonzalez could be is asked to call Nampa Police at 465-2257.
