Ada County Pet of the Week: Hobie the Chihuahua mix

May 27, 2014

Hobie, 2, is a spayed female, tan and white, Chihuahua mix.

Hobie loves to play and can run laps around most of her canine buddies at the adoption center. She loves to grab toys and entice her pals to play tug-of-war with her. Because of her energetic and sometimes sassy play style, Hobie should meet other dogs living in her potential home, prior to adoption.

Hobie arrived at the shelter as a transfer from another overcrowded shelter, so little is known of her history.

Hobie (#22428380) can be found at the Idaho Humane Society's PetSmart Adoption Center at 130 N. Milwaukee St. in Boise. The adoption center is open Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
