Dozens of the graves of veterans can be found in the Field of Honor section of Boise's Morris Hill Cemetery - dating back to the Spanish American War. The grave of 1st. Lt. James W. Kerley came to our attention recently and we decided to pay it a visit. Kerley left for France in 1944 and was killed on one of his first missions. This WWII hero left behind a wife, step-father and fiancé.
