Vandals offensive line coach leaves team

STATESMAN STAFFMay 23, 2014

MOSCOW - Jon Carvin came to Idaho from Illinois, where he was the assistant offensive line coach from 2010-12. Carvin's vacancy will be filled by offensive coordinator Kris Cinkovich, who also coached receivers last season. The shift in duties leaves an opening on the staff for a receivers coach. Carvin is the second loss for coach Paul Petrino this offseason. Cornerbacks coach Mike Mickens left in February for Bowling Green, replaced by former NFL defensive back Ashley Ambrose.
