Edgewood Management Group LLC leased 3,184 square feet of office space in Advantage Building lat 12426 W. Explorer Drive in Boise. Michael Ballantyne of Thornton Oliver Keller represented the tenant. George Transtrum of Heartland Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord.

Supportive Housing & Innovative Partnerships Inc. leased 1,628 square feet of office space at 1843 Broadway Ave., Suites 101A, 101B, and 103, in Boise. SHIP works with people in recovery from substance abuse by providing housing, recovery services, and employment training programs. DJ Thompson and Dave Winder of Cushman & Wakefield|Commerce handled the transaction.

A Cupcake Paradise leased 1,128 square feet at 813 W. Bannock in Boise. Brent Bungard of Arthur Berry & Co. handled the transaction.

Northwest Ventures LLC purchased 0.42 acres on 21st Avenue and 2110 Blaine St. in Caldwell. A ground lease has been secured with Human Bean to open a new location on this property. Chad Hamilton of Cushman & Wakefield|Commerce and Lawrence Ross of Michener Investments represented the seller.

Dutch Bros. purchased a lot in the Calderwood project at 8687 W. Overland Road, just east of Maple Grove. Dutch Bros. plans to open summer 2014. Ben Zamzow of Thornton Oliver Keller represented the buyer. Roger Wood of Winston Commercial represented the seller.

Eckhardt Family LLP purchased 48,722 square feet at 3325 N. Ten Mile Road in Meridian and plan to build a retail building.
