1. FLY YOUR FREAK FLAG

Tie-dyed neo-hippies will populate the 14th annual Eagle Island Experience, a family-friendly, two-day event that features a bunch of local bands.

2. CELEBRATE BEER

The end is near for American Craft Beer Week, but not before the local highlight. Brew O'Lympics is a "sporting" mini-brew festival outside Sockeye's Fairview brewery. Eleven Idaho breweries will compete in events ranging from cornhole to keg tossing at this fundraiser for Idaho Brewers United. [More details]

3. LAUGH IT UP

Maybe you saw Hannibal Buress recently on his hourlong Comedy Central special. Maybe you've seen him on Adult Swim's "Eric and Andre Show." Or maybe you just want to see him Saturday night at Liquid Laughs in Boise. Warning: profanity in video!

---

4. THROW A DISC

Think you can rip a disc? Play disc golf with some of the best locals — or just have some fun watching — Saturday and Sunday at Ann Morrison Park.

---

5. CHOW DOWN

The yearly Russian Food Festival takes over St. Seraphim Russian Orthodox Church in Boise today and Saturday. Forget your spring diet. Check out the menu.
