Ontario police seek suspected bank robber

May 9, 2014

Ontario police suspect this man of robbing a Chase Bank location shortly before 11:15 a.m. Friday, May 9.

According to police, the man entered a Chase Bank in Ontario, Ore., shortly before 11:15 a.m. Friday and demanded cash.

The man did not display a weapon, and no one was injured, police say. The man left the bank on foot; police believe he then got in a mid-sized, grey passenger vehicle driven by a blonde female.

Police originally gave an incorrect time frame for the robbery, saying it happened an hour earlier.

The man is believed to be in his 30s with a slender build and standing 5-foot-4 to 5-foot-5. He wore a blue zip-up sweatshirt, a white T-shirt and a white ball cap. He had a goatee and long sideburns, wore safety glasses and smelled of cigarettes.
