New Idaho concealed-carry laws bring new business to gun trainers

A student at the Blacks Creek Shooting Range taking an eight-hour class in April from Idaho Firearms Classes for an enhanced concealed-weapons license. Two new state laws created a business opportunity for NRA-certified trainers by allowing Idahoans to carry concealed weapons to more places, including college campuses, if they earn the enhanced license.
