Boise State's Bettles added to NCAA tennis tournament


BOISE - Senior Andy Bettles was selected as one of 64 singles players who will compete in the NCAA Tournament on May 21-26 in Athens, Ga. Bettles, ranked 89th in the nation, earned the Mountain West's automatic berth as the conference's top-ranked player. It will be the second straight NCAA singles appearances for Bettles, who is 23-15 this season with four wins against nationally-ranked players. The Broncos will compete as a team in the first round of the NCAA Tournament against the University of San Diego in Los Angeles on Saturday, May 10.
