Video: New Idaho concealed-carry laws draw shooters to train

Two new laws allow Idahoans to earn a permit to carry concealed weapons in certain other states and, soon, on Idaho public-university campuses. For NRA-certified trainers like these in Boise, this is a business opportunity.
