Memorial service Friday for Meridian man who died from injuries in bar brawl

A memorial service for Dale Andrew "Drew" West will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, May 2, at Boise Vineyard Church, 4950 N. Bradley Street in Boise. It is open to the public.

A potluck reception for only family and close friends will follow the service.

West, 40, died Saturday, April 19, just hours after suffering a blow to the head in a brawl at the 127 Club in Meridian. Police are investigating the circumstances of his death and looking for witnesses, or anyone with information about the incident.

Anyone who might have witnessed the altercation or who has any information about West's death is asked to call detectives Eric Stoffle or Jim Miller at 888-6678, or Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS.
