Sur La Table to open in Meridian this July

Sur La Table will open a new store in The Village at Meridian in July.

The Seattle-based retailer sells culinary tools and kitchenware and offers cooking classes.

The 5,779-square-foot store will employ more than 20 full- and part-time employees.

It will offer "a diverse and exciting schedule of hands-on cooking classes, led by classically trained chefs," according to Sur La Table CEO Jack Schwefel.
