Sen. Russ Fulcher, R-Meridian, brought his Idaho gubernatorial campaign to the Idaho Statesman Editorial Board Tuesday, April 15, and spent 60 minutes answering questions about past legislation and future plans for Idaho. He was casual in a sport coat without a tie and blue jeans as he defended votes on Second Amendment rights (with the majority) and even his minority vote against the so-called Ag-Gag bill. He said the bill designed to amp up criminal consequences for those who might attempt to film in agricultural facilities was an overstep that added an unnecessary layer to law.
