Bogus Basin extends season again

Bogus Basin has extended its season for a second time with a new closing date of Sunday, April 13 because of new snow. The ski area made the announcement Thursday.

Bogus has had 127 days of skiing and snowboarding this season, and to date, Bogus has received a total of 99 inches of snow, with 23 inches in just the last week.

Starting Friday, Bogus Basin is discounting tickets to $25 daily, and the Jackson’s ski for less deal offering $10 off is valid for up to four people. That means skiers and boarders could enjoy the slopes for $15. Hours of operation during the week will continue to be 10 a.m. to 4:30 pm, and weekends 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Nordic Center and trails will also remain open until April 15. For more info go HERE.

Partying continues for the next two weekends at Bogus Basin:

Sunday, April 6: End of Season Bash with the costume theme of “retro.” 1 p.m. - live music with “Bread & Circus” inside J.R. Simplot Lodge. Food and drink specials.

Sunday, April 13: 1 p.m. - live music outside on the flats near J.R. Simplot Lodge. Food and drink specials.
