Letter: LGBT rights

April 3, 2014

Recent letter writers to the Statesman have a habit of Bible quoting to justify their own point of view. Lately their target of hate is the LGBT community. Evidently their God is very different from my God, who loves all his creations. I remember an admonition from God not to judge others as that is his and only his domain.

Hank Williams wrote a song early last century with a verse saying "mind your own business so you won't be minding mine." Good advice still.
