42,000 trout are coming to a Treasure Valley body of water near you

Idaho Fish and Game's Nampa Hatchery will release more than 42,000 catchable-sized rainbow trout at the following locations during April:

Boise River – above Glenwood Bridge, April 7 and 21, 1,500/700.

Boise River – below Glenwood Bridge, April 7, 21, 1,000/440.

Caldwell Pond #2, April 14, 500.

Duff Lane Pond (Middleton), April 14, 225.

Eagle Island Park Pond, April 7, 450.

Eds Pond (Emmett), March 31/April 21, 200/200.

Heros Pond (Meridian), April 7, 150.

Indian Creek (Caldwell), April 7, 200.

Indian Creek (Kuna), April 7, 300.
