In Part II of our series on "Where the Candidates Stand," Republican gubernatorial hopefuls Gov. Butch Otter, Sen. Russ Fulcher, Harley Brown and Walter Bayes were asked: "How will you approach the topic of Medicaid expansion and Idaho's involvement in the Affordable Care Act in your first/next year as governor? If you want Obamacare to go away, how will you accomplish that? If you want to coexist with Obamacare, what is the best path? How will Idahoans be served by your decisions?"
