Boise man arrested after police find child porn

March 22, 2014

James Stuart Bigler

James Stuart Bigler, 31, was arrested Thursday after police said they found multiple photos on Bigler's computer that depicted children being sexually abused.

Boise police searched Bigler's home earlier this month.

Investigators have not found evidence to suggest any of the victims reside locally.

The arrest followed an investigation by Boise Police detectives working with the Idaho Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Bigler was taken to the Ada County Jail, where he was charged with seven counts of sexual exploitation of a child.

He was arraigned Friday, with bond set at $150,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 10.
