Letter: Thanks

March 22, 2014

I just wanted to give a great big thanks for an act of kindness Monday, March 17.

Because of the high winds, a portion of my fence blew down; because I have dogs, waiting to get the fence fixed, at least temporarily, was not an option.

I went to Home Depot to get lumber and an employee there introduced me to a contractor who was picking up some materials at the time. This gentleman, Tim Weimar, Copper Creek Ent., put my lumber in his truck, followed me home and put the temporary fix on the fence. He would not take any money from me and just said "think of me when you're going to make the permanent fix on that fence; I'd love to do it." Tim Weimar was my angel of the week.
