Wetherell selected bar group president
Boise attorney Robert Wetherell has been named president of the Board of Commissioners, the governing body of the Idaho State Bar.
Wetherell grew up in Mountain Home, earned his law degree from University of Idaho College of Law and is partner and principal at the Capitol Law Group. He mainly practices in insurance defense, alternative dispute resolution, products liability and professional negligence.
The bar is a self-governing state agency of Idaho, which operates under authority delegated by the Idaho Supreme Court and the Legislature. The bar is governed by five commissioners, elected from Idaho's seven judicial districts. Commissioners serve staggered three-year terms.
Olson elected to Hillcrest board
Hawley Troxell Executive Director Susan Olson has been elected to the Hillcrest Country Club Board of Directors.
Olson is the second woman to be elected to the board in the 89 years since the club's inception. She will serve a three-year term and act as the chair of the membership committee in 2014.
Olson oversees the administrative, financial and operational functions of the law firm. She is a member of the American Lung Association leadership council, the Treasure Valley CFO forum, the Boise State University College of Business & Economics Advisory Council, the Association of Legal Administrators and the Boise Aeros Multisport Club.
Hillcrest Country Club was the third golf course formed in the Treasure Valley when it was established in 1925 by Harry and John Eagleson.
Meuleman selected for Top 20 Under 40
Meuleman Mollerup LLP attorney Joe Meuleman has been selected by Engineering News Record magazine for its Mountain States and Plains Top 20 Under 40 competition, which recognizes up-and-coming industry leaders. Across the country, about 800 future leaders were nominated.
Meuleman practices primarily in construction law and commercial litigation. He is a member of the Associated General Contractors of America and has been appointed to several committees including the Construction Leadership Council Steering Committee and the Contract Documents Forum Steering Committee. He serves on the Idaho AGC's board and as chair of the Associates/Suppliers Advisory Committee. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Boise State University College of Engineering's Construction Management Department.

Holland & Hart hires lawyers
Attorney Richard Andrus has joined Holland & Hart LLP.
Andrus advises clients on drafting and negotiating telecommunications agreements involving the provision of video, Internet and digital phone services. He acts as outside counsel for one of the nation's largest cable operators.
In addition to his telecommunications practice, Andrus works on real estate and development issues. His litigation experience includes title, boundary, easement and contract disputes and petitions related to land use and entitlement matters.
Andrus is a 2005 graduate of the Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School and a 2002 graduate of Utah State University.
Tax attorney Bret Busacker also has joined Holland & Hart.
Busacker is an employee benefits attorney. He has worked on retirement and welfare plans, incentive compensation, equity compensation and executive compensation programs. His clients include public and private businesses, government entities, nonprofit organizations, human resources executives, compensation committees and benefit committees.
He is a 2000 graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a 1997 master's degree graduate of Washington State University's College of Business and Economics. He is a 1995 graduate of Brigham Young University. He is admitted to the state bars of Idaho and Ohio.

Holland & Hart has relocated to the new Eighth & Main building in Downtown Boise.
