Rep. Raul Labrador On Prospects For Immigration Reform

During a visit to the Statesman Editorial Board Monday, March 17, Rep. Raul Labrador, R-Idaho, says immigration reform is not likely to happen in this election year but he spells out two small pieces that could be "precursors" to more comprehensive reforms if only his colleagues in Washington would be willing to accept a piecemeal approach.
