Idaho Stampede beat Reno on last-second jumper

BOISE — Kevin Murphy hit a jumper with 4.4 seconds remaining to give Idaho a 101-99 win over the Bighorns on Saturday night at CenturyLink Arena. Murphy finished with a game-high 32 points. The Stampede (23-19) entered the fourth quarter with an 82-74 lead. The Bighorns hit 7-of-8 free throws down the stretch, including two by KC Rivers to tie the game at 99-99 with 19 seconds left. Murphy ran the clock down before making his move for the game-winning shot.
