BOISE — The Portland Trail Blazers assigned guard Allen Crabbe to Idaho on Monday, and the Stampede acquired guard Vander Blue from Delaware in a four-team trade that sent the returning player rights of Richard Howell to Santa Cruz. Crabbe, a second-round pick from California, has averaged 2.0 points and 4.9 minutes per game in 12 appearances for Portland. Blue, the No. 4 prospect on the D-League’s prospect watch list as of Monday, averaged 18.6 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.9 assists in 16 games for Delaware, including a 47-point effort March 2 against Bakersfield. The Marquette product also played three games for the Boston Celtics in January.
