Stampede break losing streak, beat Bighorns


RENO — Idaho defeated Reno 119-101 to snap a three-game losing streak and keep its playoff hopes alive. The Stampede are 21-18 and in ninth place — 1.5 games behind Iowa and Santa Cruz for the league’s final playoff spot. Idaho’s Kevin Murphy had a game-high 33 points.
